真(zhen)空(kong)(kong)(kong)熱處(chu)理(li)即真(zhen)空(kong)(kong)(kong)技(ji)術與熱處(chu)理(li)兩個(ge)專業相結合(he)的(de)(de)(de)綜合(he)技(ji)術,是(shi)指熱處(chu)理(li)工藝(yi)的(de)(de)(de)全部和部分在真(zhen)空(kong)(kong)(kong)狀態下進行的(de)(de)(de)。真(zhen)空(kong)(kong)(kong)熱處(chu)理(li)爐(lu)熱效(xiao)率高,可實現快(kuai)速升溫和降溫,可實現無氧化、無脫碳、無滲(shen)碳,可去掉工件表面(mian)的(de)(de)(de)磷屑,并(bing)有(you)脫脂除氣等作用,從而達到表面(mian)光(guang)亮(liang)凈化的(de)(de)(de)效(xiao)果。

一般(ban)金(jin)(jin)屬(shu)材料(liao)在(zai)空(kong)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)爐(lu)中(zhong)加(jia)熱(re),由于(yu)空(kong)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)中(zhong)存在(zai)氧(yang)(yang)(yang)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)、水蒸氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)、二氧(yang)(yang)(yang)化(hua)(hua)碳(tan)(tan)(tan)等(deng)氧(yang)(yang)(yang)化(hua)(hua)性氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)體(ti),這(zhe)些(xie)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)體(ti)與金(jin)(jin)屬(shu)發生(sheng)氧(yang)(yang)(yang)化(hua)(hua)作用(yong)易(yi)使(shi)被加(jia)熱(re)的(de)金(jin)(jin)屬(shu)表(biao)(biao)面(mian)產(chan)生(sheng)氧(yang)(yang)(yang)化(hua)(hua)膜(mo)或(huo)氧(yang)(yang)(yang)化(hua)(hua)皮,xx失去原有(you)的(de)金(jin)(jin)屬(shu)光(guang)澤。同(tong)時(shi)這(zhe)些(xie)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)體(ti)還(huan)要與金(jin)(jin)屬(shu)中(zhong)的(de)碳(tan)(tan)(tan)發生(sheng)反應(ying),使(shi)其表(biao)(biao)面(mian)脫(tuo)(tuo)碳(tan)(tan)(tan)。如果爐(lu)中(zhong)含(han)有(you)一氧(yang)(yang)(yang)化(hua)(hua)碳(tan)(tan)(tan)或(huo)甲烷氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)體(ti),還(huan)會使(shi)金(jin)(jin)屬(shu)表(biao)(biao)面(mian)增(zeng)碳(tan)(tan)(tan)。對(dui)于(yu)化(hua)(hua)學性質非常(chang)活潑的(de)Ti、Zr以(yi)及難溶(rong)金(jin)(jin)屬(shu)W、Mo、Nb、Ta等(deng),在(zai)空(kong)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)爐(lu)中(zhong)加(jia)熱(re),除了(le)要生(sheng)成氧(yang)(yang)(yang)化(hua)(hua)物、氫化(hua)(hua)物、氮化(hua)(hua)物外(wai),還(huan)要吸收這(zhe)些(xie)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)體(ti)并向金(jin)(jin)屬(shu)內部擴散,使(shi)金(jin)(jin)屬(shu)材料(liao)的(de)性能嚴重(zhong)惡化(hua)(hua)。這(zhe)些(xie)氧(yang)(yang)(yang)化(hua)(hua)、脫(tuo)(tuo)碳(tan)(tan)(tan)、增(zeng)碳(tan)(tan)(tan)、吸氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)甚(shen)至(zhi)產(chan)生(sheng)腐蝕等(deng)弊病(bing),在(zai)可控氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)氛爐(lu)或(huo)鹽浴爐(lu)中(zhong)加(jia)熱(re),有(you)時(shi)也難以(yi)避免。為解決這(zhe)一問題,通常(chang)的(de)做法是在(zai)工(gong)件熱(re)處理前留有(you)加(jia)工(gong)余量,熱(re)處理后在(zai)加(jia)工(gong)去掉氧(yang)(yang)(yang)化(hua)(hua)、脫(tuo)(tuo)碳(tan)(tan)(tan)層(ceng)等(deng)。
