中山真空熱處理的工藝過程

   中山真空熱處理工藝一般包(bao)括加熱(re)(re)、保溫、冷卻(que)三(san)個(ge)過程,有時只有加熱(re)(re)和冷卻(que)兩個(ge)過程。這些過程互相銜接(jie),不(bu)可(ke)間斷(duan)。加熱(re)(re)是中山(shan)真空熱(re)(re)處理的重(zhong)要工序(xu)之一。金(jin)(jin)屬(shu)中(zhong)山真(zhen)(zhen)空熱(re)處(chu)理(li)的(de)加(jia)熱(re)方法很多,最早是采用(yong)木(mu)炭(tan)和(he)煤(mei)作為熱(re)源,近而(er)應(ying)用(yong)液體和(he)氣體燃料。電(dian)的(de)應(ying)用(yong)使加(jia)熱(re)易(yi)于控制,且無環(huan)境污(wu)染(ran)。利(li)用(yong)這(zhe)些(xie)熱(re)源可以(yi)(yi)直(zhi)接加(jia)熱(re),也(ye)可以(yi)(yi)通過熔融的(de)鹽或(huo)金(jin)(jin),以(yi)(yi)至浮動粒子進(jin)(jin)行間接加(jia)熱(re)。金(jin)(jin)屬(shu)加(jia)熱(re)時,工件(jian)暴露在空氣中(zhong),常(chang)常(chang)發生氧化、脫碳(即鋼鐵零件(jian)表面碳含量(liang)降低),這(zhe)對于中(zhong)山真(zhen)(zhen)空熱(re)處(chu)理(li)后零件(jian)的(de)表面性(xing)能(neng)有很不(bu)利(li)的(de)影響。因而(er)金(jin)(jin)屬(shu)通常(chang)應(ying)在可控氣氛或(huo)保(bao)護(hu)氣氛中(zhong)、熔融鹽中(zhong)和(he)真(zhen)(zhen)空中(zhong)加(jia)熱(re),也(ye)可用(yong)涂料或(huo)包(bao)裝方法進(jin)(jin)行保(bao)護(hu)加(jia)熱(re)。加(jia)熱(re)溫度是中(zhong)山真(zhen)(zhen)空熱(re)處(chu)理(li)工藝的(de)重要工藝參數之一(yi),選擇和(he)控制加(jia)熱(re)溫度,是保(bao)證中(zhong)山真(zhen)(zhen)空熱(re)處(chu)理(li)質(zhi)量(liang)的(de)主要問題。加(jia)熱(re)溫度隨被(bei)處(chu)理(li)的(de)金(jin)(jin)屬(shu)材料和(he)中(zhong)山真(zhen)(zhen)空熱(re)處(chu)理(li)的(de)目的(de)不(bu)同而(er)異,但一(yi)般都是加(jia)熱(re)到相(xiang)變溫度以(yi)(yi)上,以(yi)(yi)獲(huo)得高溫組織。


  另外(wai)轉變(bian)需要一(yi)(yi)定的(de)(de)時(shi)(shi)間(jian),因此當(dang)金屬工件(jian)表面(mian)達(da)到要求的(de)(de)加熱(re)溫(wen)(wen)度時(shi)(shi),還須在此溫(wen)(wen)度保(bao)(bao)持一(yi)(yi)定時(shi)(shi)間(jian),使內外(wai)溫(wen)(wen)度一(yi)(yi)致,使顯微組織轉變(bian)xx,這段時(shi)(shi)間(jian)稱為保(bao)(bao)溫(wen)(wen)時(shi)(shi)間(jian)。采用高能密(mi)度加熱(re)和表面(mian)中山真(zhen)空熱(re)處(chu)理時(shi)(shi),加熱(re)速度極快,一(yi)(yi)般就沒有保(bao)(bao)溫(wen)(wen)時(shi)(shi)間(jian),而化學中山真(zhen)空熱(re)處(chu)理的(de)(de)保(bao)(bao)溫(wen)(wen)時(shi)(shi)間(jian)往往較長。 


  冷卻(que)(que)也(ye)是中山(shan)真空(kong)熱處理工(gong)藝過程中不(bu)可(ke)缺少的步驟,冷卻(que)(que)方法因(yin)工(gong)藝不(bu)同(tong)而不(bu)同(tong),主(zhu)要是控(kong)制冷卻(que)(que)速(su)度(du)。一般退火的冷卻(que)(que)速(su)度(du)最慢(man),正(zheng)火的冷卻(que)(que)速(su)度(du)較(jiao)快(kuai),淬火的冷卻(que)(que)速(su)度(du)更快(kuai)。但還因(yin)鋼(gang)種(zhong)不(bu)同(tong)而有不(bu)同(tong)的要求(qiu),例如空(kong)硬鋼(gang)就(jiu)可(ke)以(yi)用正(zheng)火一樣(yang)的冷卻(que)(que)速(su)度(du)進行淬硬。

工藝手段
退火(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)是(shi)(shi)(shi)將(jiang)工(gong)(gong)(gong)件(jian)(jian)加熱(re)到適(shi)當溫(wen)度,根據(ju)材(cai)料和工(gong)(gong)(gong)件(jian)(jian)尺(chi)寸采用不(bu)同的(de)(de)(de)(de)保溫(wen)時間,然后進(jin)(jin)行(xing)(xing)緩(huan)慢(man)冷卻(que),目(mu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)是(shi)(shi)(shi)使金屬內部組織達到或接(jie)近(jin)平衡(heng)狀態,獲得良好(hao)的(de)(de)(de)(de)工(gong)(gong)(gong)藝(yi)(yi)性(xing)(xing)能(neng)和使用性(xing)(xing)能(neng),或者(zhe)為(wei)進(jin)(jin)一(yi)步淬火(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)作組織準備。正火(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)是(shi)(shi)(shi)將(jiang)工(gong)(gong)(gong)件(jian)(jian)加熱(re)到適(shi)宜的(de)(de)(de)(de)溫(wen)度后在(zai)空氣(qi)中(zhong)冷卻(que),正火(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)的(de)(de)(de)(de)效(xiao)果同退火(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)相似,只是(shi)(shi)(shi)得到的(de)(de)(de)(de)組織更細(xi),常用于(yu)改善材(cai)料的(de)(de)(de)(de)切削性(xing)(xing)能(neng),也有(you)時用于(yu)對(dui)一(yi)些要(yao)求不(bu)高(gao)的(de)(de)(de)(de)零件(jian)(jian)作為(wei)最終中(zhong)山真空熱(re)處(chu)理。淬火(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)是(shi)(shi)(shi)將(jiang)工(gong)(gong)(gong)件(jian)(jian)加熱(re)保溫(wen)后,在(zai)水(shui)、油或其它無(wu)機(ji)鹽、有(you)機(ji)水(shui)溶液等(deng)淬火(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)介質中(zhong)快(kuai)速冷卻(que)。淬火(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)后鋼件(jian)(jian)變硬,但同時變脆(cui),為(wei)了及(ji)時xx脆(cui)性(xing)(xing),一(yi)般(ban)需(xu)要(yao)及(ji)時回(hui)火(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)。為(wei)了降低(di)(di)鋼件(jian)(jian)的(de)(de)(de)(de)脆(cui)性(xing)(xing),將(jiang)淬火(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)后的(de)(de)(de)(de)鋼件(jian)(jian)在(zai)高(gao)于(yu)室溫(wen)而(er)低(di)(di)于(yu)650℃的(de)(de)(de)(de)某一(yi)適(shi)當溫(wen)度進(jin)(jin)行(xing)(xing)長時間的(de)(de)(de)(de)保溫(wen),再進(jin)(jin)行(xing)(xing)冷卻(que),這種工(gong)(gong)(gong)藝(yi)(yi)稱為(wei)回(hui)火(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)。
