3、三(san)(san)個(ge)過(guo)(guo)程:即加(jia)熱(re)(re)、保(bao)溫、冷(leng)卻這(zhe)(zhe)三(san)(san)個(ge)過(guo)(guo)程。這(zhe)(zhe)三(san)(san)個(ge)過(guo)(guo)程貫穿了(le)所(suo)有的(de)熱(re)(re)處理(li)(li)工藝,這(zhe)(zhe)三(san)(san)個(ge)過(guo)(guo)程的(de)好壞決定了(le)zui后熱(re)(re)處理(li)(li)的(de)質(zhi)量好壞。這(zhe)(zhe)三(san)(san)個(ge)過(guo)(guo)程理(li)(li)解(jie)透徹了(le),熱(re)(re)處理(li)(li)就算入門了(le)。

5、五個(ge)組織:即奧氏體(ti)、滲碳體(ti)、馬氏體(ti)、貝氏體(ti)、珠光體(ti)。深刻(ke)理(li)(li)解了這(zhe)五個(ge)組織的(de)特點、組織形(xing)態、析出(形(xing)成(cheng))條件、性(xing)能(neng)(neng)等,熱(re)處理(li)(li)技術(shu)水平才能(neng)(neng)夠得到提高。
6、六(liu)大(da)缺陷:即氧化(hua)、脫碳、過(guo)熱、過(guo)燒、變(bian)形、開裂(lie)六(liu)大(da)缺陷,其(qi)中在工(gong)作(zuo)中最忌諱產生過(guo)燒和(he)開裂(lie)缺陷,因(yin)為(wei)這兩個缺陷是(shi)無法挽(wan)回的缺陷,其(qi)他四個也應該盡量避(bi)(bi)免,雖(sui)然能(neng)夠彌補,但是(shi)明顯增加了工(gong)作(zuo)量和(he)生產成本。搞熱處理的能(neng)夠避(bi)(bi)免或者減輕(qing)這六(liu)大(da)缺陷就是(shi)一個合格的熱處理工(gong)程師了。
